Tamil is a language predominantly spoken in southern India. Being a classical language that is more than 2,500 years old, it features many works of literature and has footholds enshrined in strong cultural traditions. It is no wonder that the Tamil immigrants want their offsprings to know the language. Lakshmi Tamil Learning Center has been serving this cause since 1987 to the Tamil community in Atlanta area.
We have always been highly innovative when it comes to teaching techniques. During the covid pandemic when schools became virtual, we also became virtual. We use Seesaw and Google classroom apps to reach out to the students. The results have been outstanding. Students have become more engaged. Needless to say, their Academic performance has improved tremendously. Students have enrolled not only from other States but from other countries like Canada, India, Japan, Australia, Denmark, and UK.
