Geetha is an enthusiastic grandmother of four teenagers, currently residing in Atlanta. Originally from Coimbatore, she worked with LIC of India before retiring. After retirement, she chose to spend her time with her grandchildren in the US.
She has a deep love for Carnatic music and is herself a proficient singer and Veena player. Passionate about nurturing young talent, she currently teaches Veena to children. Geetha is also highly artistic and enjoys exploring different forms of art, including Tanjore painting and mural arts.
A great admirer of Bharathiar, she finds joy in writing simple Tamil poetry. Above all, she is deeply passionate about passing on the love of languages to the younger generation. Never one to sit idle, Geetha is delighted to join Lakshmi Tamil School and inspire children to learn and enjoy Tamil.
